The hotel had a nice pool and the rooms were clean. the location was also convenient and close to restaurants and shops.
The service was terrible. the staff was unhelpful and gave us incorrect information, causing frustration during our Christmas stay.

the atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. we loved the mountain view. near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. also, main attraction such as a scenic stream was 2 miles from this venue. perfect place to stay for family.

The staff was excellent, and the deluxe accommodation we booked exceeded our expectations. Our deluxe twin room was equipped with a mini bar, television, and a work desk. We also enjoyed the convenience of having Yana Coffee & Food nearby, which offered a nice selection of tea and coffee.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is very close to everything and near the beach. the bungalow itself is cozy and well-furnished. the staff are welcoming and willing to help, and the pool is a nice addition to the facilities.
The cleanliness of the pool needs improvement, and the restaurant area is often messy.

It was conveniently located near shops and massage places. The staff was also helpful in getting us a visa extension.
One staff member had no English and was very unhelpful, ignoring requests to fix the TV and lying about the generator being broken. We suffered for hours without electricity, air conditioning and cold water.

Clean rooms and facilities, great location near the beach. We loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were sparkling clean and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Plus, the location near the beach couldn't be beat. We had easy access to everything we needed and enjoyed our time here.
No issues. No complaints whatsoever.
